The number of single family homes sold in the first quarter is up over the first quarter of 2013 as is the median price.

The Beverly Hills condo market is has the same number of sales as in the same quarter last year with a large rise in the median price.

Inventory is still low and it would be a good time for prospective  Beverly Hills home sellers to consider.
