Beverly Hills single family home sales were up in October over the previous month. The median price was down, but the number of new homes coming on the market and the number of pending sales is up.  Inventory is still low and the Beverly Hills real estate market favors sellers.

The Brentwood condo market is a little slower than the single family market.  Sales were down slightly and the median price was down over the previous month. There were 8 more new properties for sale and the months inventory still favors sellers.
