Amenities include: top of the line fitness center and swimming pool with private training rooms; fully networked boardroom; concierge, doorman and valet parking; most units will be accessed by a private elevator. At the East end of the Wilshire Corridor, Beverly West, offers panoramic views from Downtown and the Pacific Ocean.
In-unit features are too numerous to mention and include built-in touch screen access to the concierge, valet, dining, etc from your unit, and smart technology controlling climate, lighting, sun shades, etc.
Sales in this building are still slow, but that is expected given the steep prices of the units. However, they are starting to sell slowly. Since some of the sales are in-house the data are not accurate.
