Sales of single family homes in Brentwood were down slightly but the median price was up significantly. Based on sales over the past six month there is just over 2 months inventory available making it a very strong sellers’ market.
Sales of condos were up significantly and the media price also rose healthily. With only 30 units on the market there is a severe shortage of Brentwood condos for sale.
