As we approach the 3rd Quarter, my how time flies, let’s see how Century City condos fared in the 2nd Quarter compared with the lst Quarter of 2013.

Together with the Wilshire CorridorCentury City has one of the few concentrated collections of full-service high-rise communities.

With the exception of The Century sales were up over or equal to the 1st Qtr.

Overall, Century City has moved into a sellers’ market, with the exception of The Century and Le Parc. Century Park East is balanced between a buyers’ and sellers’ market.

If you are interested in renting a condo in Century City, there are currently 20 properties available at a median price of $5,100a month, the low being $2,495 for a one-bedroom in Century Park East, and $30,000 at The Century (private rental as the property does not offer units for lease).
