Information provided by the MLS/CLAW deemed reliable but no guaranteed

*The Century does not report all its sales on the MLS, so this is an estimate. And figures do  not include penthouses.

**Century Hill is a unique complex combining single family villas and condos. This skews the median price.

Overall Century City condo sales were up in with Le Parc the exception. Century Hill has a low turnover. Median prices were up in all buildings except at Century Hill. Sales at The Century took off last year and it is expected to be sold out by mid 2014.
