*The Century does not report all its sales on the MLS, so this is an estimate.

Overall Century City condo sales were up in 2012 over the previous year.  Median prices were up in all buildings except Century Woods, Le Parc, and The Century, but only slightly down at The Century.  And apart from The Century, and Century Hill the market is balanced or geared towards sellers.
