The Century Plaza Hotel Century City
The Century Plaza, residence of presidents and movie stars when in town will also have 63 of its rooms converted into condos. The $1.5 billion project will be one of the largest developments in decades, and will certainly add to the cachet of Century City and upscale Avenue of the Stars.
The skyscrapers will contain 290 condos and 100,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 90,000 sq. ft. of restaurants and stores.
Building is scheduled for completion in 2014.
