If you are wondering how the Wilshire Corridor real estate market is doing below is the report of sales and leases for January, 2011.
The comparison to December 2010 Wilshire Corridor condo sales is as follows:
An increase of 15 new listings
A decrease in sales of 14
An increase in under contract units of 11, which bodes well for February.

With 11 months of inventory, Los Angeles home buyers, if you are thinking of buying a Wilshire Corridor condo, now is the time.
If you follow the trend to the three month level, the average sales prices is increasing and days on the market going down, as were the number of inventory months.
