How is the Century City condo market doing?

The $18,900,000 high price at The Century skews the figures, and the median price does not tell us much. Ignoring the 1 month figures, the average days on the market is increasing, and we have a 13 month inventory. 6 months is a balanced market.

Truth be told, it is not doing too well from the seller side. Los Angeles home buyers should be out there looking at Century City condos.
