Sales of single family homes are up over the same period last year except in Holmby Hills, Cheviot Hills and Pacific Palisades, Playa Vista and West Los Angeles.  

Median price changes vary by areas and show no distinct trend.

Except for Bel Air and Malibu, Los Angeles real estate continues to be a sellers’ market, with inventory low.

The number of condos sold is mostly up, as is the median price.

The Los Angeles condo market also favors sellers with the exception of Los Feliz/Atwater Village, again with inventory low.
