Malibu Community

Malibu is an incorporated affluent beach city covering approximately 21 miles of coastline north of Santa Monica.

Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) is the one and only main road through Malibu running north and south and when closed for one reason or another, it can strand residents whose only egress is through one of the canyons.  Many residents, among them Hollywood celebrities, live on either side of  PCH and others up to a mile away in the canyons, with spectacular white water and canyon views.
