The Best Value on the Wilshire Corridor

If you are looking for the best value on the Wilshire Corridor, then I would definitely direct you to the Wilshire Regent, at 10501 Wilshire Blvd.  The prices are very reasonable compared the rest of the Wilshire Corridor and the homeowners dues the lowest for the type of building.  They also include all amenities, including cable.

Wilshire Regent on The Wishire Corridor, Great Value for the Money

Units in the building do not have a washer and dryer but the 10th floor and above have units on either side and there is a good commercial laundry on the 5th floor.

Amenities at the Wilshire Regent are as good as many of the other Wilshire Corridor buildings and include:  concierge, valet, conference center, and one of the larger pool decks and fitness centers on the Corridor.  You can even rent office space and there are around 6 guest rooms for friends and family of residents which can be rented for $72 per night.

The median price of one-bedroom units sold this year is $371,250 and the median price of active listings is $444,900.
Homeowners dues range from $502 to $868.90 per month.
Average square feet is around 805 .

The median price of two-bedroom units sold this year is $650,000.  There are presently no two-bedrooms listed presently.
Homeowners dues range from $934 to $1,103.

When you consider that the average homeowners dues on the Wilshire Corridor are around $1,400 to $1,500 per month and only include water, then the Wilshire Regent starts looking like a bargain.
