I was recently given a private tour of The Century at Century City. All I can say is, I was greatly impressed.
From the moment you enter the gates of The Century you are treated like royalty. And I was just a guest. I can only imagine how the residents are treated.
Related, are the developers of this project, and they also built the new Time Warner Center in New York. The Century lies on 4 acres, rises 41 stories, and holds 140 units. This art deco building boasts as one of its most famous tenants, Candy Spelling who paid $37 million for the penthouse which it has been said has a conservatory, rose garden and swimming pool. The cost of building, $300 million.
Amenities at The Century include a full screening room, wine storage, library (called the Assouline Culture Lounge after France’s most famous publisher of art, photograpy and fashion books, and furnished with many copies of his fashion books), Equinox fitness center, a children’s playroom, office suites, and on-site restaurant which caters to parties and also offers room service. 24/7 valet parking, concierge and doorman, and a beautiful pool complete with cabanas are part of the package.
The staff are on hand for the slightest detail. Full concierge services are provided and should the staff see you heading out of your apartment your car is waiting for you at the door.
There are three models at The Century all fitted with the most elegant top-of-the line fixtures and surfaces. Each unit has two private elevators opening up to a vestibule.
The Century Design: 2 bed/2.5 bath to 3 bed/4.5 bath units from 2,482 sq. ft. to 3,446 sq. ft. Prices range from $2,700,000 to $6,150,000
The Manor Design: 2 bed/2.5 bath to 4 bed/5.5 bath units from 3,404 sq. ft. to 4,497 sq. ft. Prices range from $4,450,000 to $8,000,000.
The Metropolitan Design: 2 bed/2.5 bath to 3 bed/3.5 bath units from 2,481 sq. ft. to 3,446 sq. ft. Prices range from $2,850,000 to $6,200,000
