What’s Happening on the Wilshire Corridor Right Now

The chart below shows the number of listings in each building, the low, high, and average price of those units, and the number of days they have been sitting on the market.  The last column shows the number of Wilshire Corridor condos sold over the past year and the average sales price of those units. The average price can be skewed by one high-priced unit, as can the average days on the market by a new listing.  However, the chart should provide you with a good idea of the activity in each building.

Wilshire Corridor Market Absorption Report, Wilshire Corridor Condo Market Trend

The chart above indicates the absorption trend of the Wilshire Corridor.  It is a buyers’ or a sellers’ market?  6 months is a stable market.  The past 3 months shows a steady movement towards a stable market, but at present the Wilshire Corridor is a buyers’ market.
