Wilshire Blvd. to the north to Pico Blvd to. in the south.  Bordering the ocean to the west and  angling down from 12th St.  to the East.

Santa Monica zip code 90402

San Vicente Blvd. to the north to Montana Ave. to the south.  Bordering the ocean to the west  and 26th St. to the east. 90402 also extends into the area known at Santa Monica Canyon, not part of the City of Santa Monica.

Montana Ave. to the north to Wilshire Blvd. to the south.  Bordering the ocean to the west and Carmelina Ave. to the east.

The Santa Monica single family housing market is quite steady.  Average sales prices are up, days on the market under 3 months, and average sales price over list price quite respectable.  In 90403 the past three months shows a sales to list price of 101.61%, however,  there is 16 months worth of inventory, as strong buyers’ market.

Other than 90403, the Santa Monica single family real estate market, is an extremely strong one for sellers

In every zip code except 90401 and 90402, the Santa Monica condo market is a seller’s market. Overall, the average sales price is up and days on the market fairly steady except for 90402, which with 90401 is a buyer’s market.
