The  Wilshire Corridor is a section of Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood  stretching from just east of Westwood Blvd. to the Los Angeles Country Club.  Populated with high end condominium buildings it is a much sought-after location for those seeking luxury accommodation in full-service buildings with spectacular views.

There are a total of 75 units for sale presently on the Wilshire Corridor, 8 more than in October, and 15 sold in the month of October 6  more than October.

With a total of 71 sold over the past 6 months, this averages 11 .83 sold a month which means that it would take 6.34 months to sell the existing inventory.  Over the past 3 months 29 have sold which is an average of 9.67 per month.  This means that it would take 7.76 months to sell the existing inventory.  Basically this is a buyers’ market.

This indicates that the Wilshire Corridor is a fairly balanced market overall, although the above chart indicates where each building falls.
