The majority of Wilshire Corridor condo buildings are favoring sellers, the exceptions being, Beverly West, Blair House, La Tour, The Longford, Regency Wilshire, Wilshire Manning, and The Thayer. The Californian, The Remington, The Churchill, and The Westford are all balanced between buyers and sellers.
It is difficult to see a trend with some of the median prices up and others down, the same with number of sales. But overall, buyers are looking for condos on the Wilshire Corridor, and som fresh, new inventory would be welcome.
