It’s time to take a look at how the Wilshire Corridor condo market performed in 2013 and compare it to 2012 activity.

The figures are primarily based on 2 bedrooms units and up and do not include penthouse units.

There isn’t an overall trend showing from 2014 sales on the Wilshire Corridor. Inventory has basically not improved with the majority of buildings favoring sellers or balanced between a buyers or sellers market.

Median prices up overall as are sales. Pending sales are down so it will be interesting to see what the 1st Quarter brings.
