Wilshire Corridor Condos, 2nd Qtr 2013 in Review

How did the Second Quarter of 2013 fare for Wilshire Corridor condo sales.  The first quarter was quite weak.

Since the luxury market is supposed to be creeping back,  let’s take a look.

The +/- stats are compared to the First Quarter of 2013.  Also, since one sale does not a median price make, many of those comparisons are missing.

Wilshire Corridor condos sales for the 2nd Qtr of 2013 were up over or equal to the 1st Qtr.   The exceptions to this were The Churchill, The Westford, Wilshire House and Wilshire Thayer,  which were each down by one unit.

Where the median price change makes any sense, it is up significantly in each instance.

If you are thinking of buying a condo on the Wilshire Corridor, you might pay attention to Marie Antoinette,  Park Wilshire, The Remington, The Westholme, and The Wilshire,  all of which have a healthy amount of inventory.

Now would be a great time for Wilshire Corridor condo sellers to put their homes on the market.

Wilshire Corridor rentals are also in short supply.
