Another Quarter has passed us by and it’s time to take a look at how Wilshire Corridor condo sales did during the 3rd Quarter of 2013.

The +/- stats are compared to the Second Quarter of 2013.  Median price differences are not included where there is only one sale reported.

+Wilshire Terrace is a coop building where all cash purchases are required.  The higher sales price 3rd Qtr over 2nd Qtr is a 2 bedroom sale vs a 1 bedroom.

++ This is the last recorded price per sq. ft. where none is presently available.

There is very little movement on The Corridor although sales are up by 8 over the 2nd Quarter.

The median price is down slightly in most buildings.

53  new listings came on the market in the 3rd Quarter of 2013 out of a total of 74.

Wilshire Corridor rentals are also in short supply.
