Active Listings: There are currently 64 condos on the market, 44 of which which came on the market this year through June 30.
Sold Listings: 70 condos – 38 less than the same period last year.
Median Price: $987,812 – a 9.82% increase over the same period last year.
Average Days on the Market: 71 – a 17 day drop over the same period last year.
Sold vs List Price: You will see by number of days on the market how this varies. But overall it is slightly up over last year.
