The Wilshire Corridor is located in the heart of Westwood and is the site of some of the most exclusive condominium buildings in the country.

Built in 1963, The Wilshire Regent on the Wilshire Corridor is an appealing building with updated amenities including, concierge, valet, fitness center, spa, pool with a large sun deck.  Units have floor to ceiling windows opening on to balconies which offer spectacular views. All utilities are included in the HOA dues. The building also provides office space for lease and has suites that can be rented for guests of homeowners at a reasonable price. The Regent is one of the best values on the Corridor with its low homeowners dues which include all utilities.  There is no in-unit laundry.  However, from the 10th floor up each floor has its own laundry, with a large community laundry on the third floor.
