The large jump in the median price of single family homes currently for sale is because there are currently 14 homes listed for over $20,000,000. In 2017 there were only seven sold over that price with the highest being $26,750,000. There are nine listed over $30,000,000 now, with three of those being $59M, $80M and $85M. It will be interesting to see what they end up selling for.
