Sold: 226
Median price: $1,157,00 – increase of 2.3% over 2016
Currently active: 19
Median price: $1,359,900

The average old price vs list price for houses sold within 30 days was 104%. Even for those that lingered on the market for over 120 days it was 97%.

Condos

Sold: 196
Median price: $535,000 – 11.69% increase over 2016
Currently active: 7
Median price: $519,000

The average old price vs list price for condos sold within 30 days was 105%. And for those on the market for over 120 days it was 100%.

Overall sales are down but the median price continues to rise. Inventory remains extremely low.
