1. Hollywood Hills West – Sold = 64 at a median price of $1,402,500 – Active Listings:  156 at a median price of $2,382.50.

2. Silver Lake | Echo Park – Sold = 44 at a median price of $762,000 – Active Listings:  37 at a median price of $695,000.

3. Palms | Mar Vista – Sold = 43 at a median price of $925,000 – Active Listings:  33 at a median price of $1,219,000.

4. Hancock Park Vicinity – Sold = 39 at a median price of $1,550,000 – Active Listings:  57 at a median pice of $1,475,000.

5. Highland Park – Sold = 37 at a median price of $470,000 – Active Listings:  49 at a median price of $549,900.

6. Los Feliz | Atwater Village –  Sold = 34 at a median price of $950,000 – Active Listings:  54 at a median price of $1,595,000.
Pacific Palisades – Sold = 34 at a median price of $2,492,000 – Active Listings:  82 at a median price of $3,672,500.

1. Downtown L.A. – 71 at a median price of $508,000 – Active Listings:  92 at a median price of $559,500.

2. Westwood | Century City – Sold = 68 at a median price of $737,500 – Active Listings:  187 at a median price of $1,195,000.

3. West Hollywood – Sold = 51 at a median price of $675,000 – Active Listings:  66 at a median price of $762,000.

4. Santa Monica – Sold = 43 at a median price of $925,000 – Active Listings:  72 at a median price of $1,292,500.

5. Marina del Rey – Sold = 48 at a median price of $724,950 – Active Listings:  95 at a median pice of $865,000.

6. West L.A. – Sold = 27 at a median price of $600,000 – Active Listings:  39 at a median price of $725,000.

Worth watching: some of the top selling neighborhoods for single family homes under $1 Million are Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, and Westchester.
