Wilshire Corridor

The Wilshire Corridor, also known as The Golden Mile, is an approximately 2-mile stretch of luxury condominium buildings which runs from just east of Westwood Village to the west side of the Los Angeles Country Club. If you are looking for the ultimate in luxury then consider a condominium on The Wilshire Corridor and prepare to be pampered beyond your wildest dreams.  Many of these buildings have full amenities, including 24-hour valet and concierge service, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, conference rooms, entertainment lounge, and a few even have a tennis facilities.  Maids units can also be purchased in some of the buildings.

Prices on the Wilshire Corridor run from the low $300,000s for a one bedroom in a basic building to, $14 million in a Class A Building, usually for a penthouse.  There is presently a 3 bed 3.5 bath, 5,5199 sq. ft. pentouse listed at The Carlyle for that price. Homeowners dues  can average from the mid to high $1000s (there are a few lower) and can go up to $3,500 per month or more.

Often these condominiums are leased, a wonderful way to find out if this kind of living is for you.
